*Es el responsable de definir y comunicar la estrategia y roadmap del producto. *Es el responsable de otorgar y justificar valor de negocio a cada Historia de Usuario, priorizarlas y distribuirlas de tal forma que el equipo ataque en cada iteración lo más relevante. *Es el responsable de revisar regularmente los resultados del producto para alinearlos a las expectativas del negocio, y maximización del ROI. *1Es el responsable de la creación, actualización, priorización y administración del Product Backlog. *Es el responsable de medir el impacto del producto en cliente final y gestionar esta retroalimentación para mejora continua del producto. *Es el responsable de asistir y representar a la iniciativa en los Comités WEB, Externalización, CLC y CCC.
