Requirements
As part of ARCHIMED's Information Systems Department (ISD), reporting directly to our Data/AI Manager, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of internal IT products and cross-functional digital solutions serving all business lines. You will act as the central point of coordination between business teams and the ISD, ensuring that internal tools, platforms and transversal solutions are built, deployed and continuously improved to meet the firm's operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development and Strategic Alignment
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for internal IT developments, in alignment with the ISD strategy and firm-wide priorities
- Identify, qualify and prioritize business needs across all functions (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Investment, HR, Operations, etc.)
- Ensure delivered solutions create tangible operational value and are built to scale across the firm
2. Backlog Management
- Own, structure and continuously prioritize the product backlog across all internal development initiatives
- Define features, write clear user stories, define objective/acceptance criteria and validate deliverables at each sprint
- Manage trade-offs between competing business demands, technical constraints and build capacity.
3. Business Partnering and Change Management
- Serve as the primary interface between the ISD and all business lines for internal Application needs and transversal digital solutions
- Conduct regular discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture needs, map pain points, and define solution scope
- Drive adoption of new tools and processes through communication, training and hands-on support
4. Transversal Solution Deployment
- Lead the implementation of cross-functional platforms and tools used across multiple business lines (e.g. collaboration tools, workflow automation, reporting platforms, internal portals)
- Coordinate vendor selection, integration requirements and rollout planning for third-party solutions
- Ensure consistency and interoperability of internal tools within the broader IT ecosystem
5. Coordination and Governance
- Coordinate with development team, security and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
- Define and track KPIs for product performance, adoption and satisfaction across business lines
- Contribute to IT governance processes, maintain up-to-date product documentation, and report regularly to ISD leadership
Profile and Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Product Owner or IT Project Manager, with proven experience managing internal business applications or enterprise-wide digital solutions
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and product management best practices
- Ability to quickly understand complex business processes and translate them into functional IT requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple business functions simultaneously
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Experience with tools such as Notion, Confluence, or equivalent project/product management platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, BI tools, workflow platforms) is a strong plus
- Experience in financial services or private equity is a plus
