Technology is one of the most important parts of our business. Whether it’s signing up new artists; ensuring we provide the right data to Spotify, YouTube, and other digital service providers; or helping artists use the latest AI tools and make thoughtful decisions with data-driven insights – technology plays an invaluable role in our success. Group makes all of it a reality. Check out first-hand accounts from the WMG engineering, product, design, infrastructure and data teams in our blog!

Your Role:

We are seeking an articulate, highly organized, and collaborative L3 Product Marketing Manager to lead high-reach product communications and stakeholder alignment across our technology suite. In this role, you will act as the primary voice of our technology products. You will own product positioning, craft compelling messaging, launch new features, and drive sustained user engagement among internal stakeholders, with the opportunity to expand your scope to artists, songwriters, and managers. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Label Services, and Artist Relations, you will build alignment and translate complex product roadmaps into compelling, accessible narratives for our global network. If you thrive on blending broad communication strategy with tailored 1:1 outreach, building executive alignment, and rallying teams around new tech, we encourage you to apply.

Here you'll get to:

  • Design and execute high-impact, wide-reaching communication plans for platform rollouts, tech initiatives, and feature updates across the organization.

  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Product Management, Global Marketing, Label Services, and Artist Teams to ensure seamless alignment on GTM timelines.

  • Author and oversee consistent product messaging across high-visibility channels, including company-wide announcements, executive briefs, newsletter broadcasts, and product release notes.

  • Partner with stakeholder leads to develop tailored enablement toolkits, pitch decks, and briefing materials that empower frontline teams to champion technology products.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding product communication, release cadences, and go-to-market schedules.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communication launch calendars to prevent message fatigue and ensure clear, strategic timing across all internal and external channels.

  • Establish clear comms protocols and templates to standardize product messaging across different global territories and business units.

  • Monitor engagement metrics across communication channels (e.g., email open rates, portal visits, executive readership) to continuously refine communication reach and clarity.

  • Be the central communicator shaping how technology features and platforms are announced to the global music community.

  • Work at the intersection of music culture, corporate strategy, and tech innovation.

  • Build an extensive network of cross-functional partners across North America and international territories.

  • Own broad communication channels and scale messaging that reaches executives, artists, and internal teams alike.

  • Grow your career in a collaborative environment built on strong mentorship, creative freedom, and clear communication.

  • Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in product marketing, strategic communications, or marketing operations (tech, media, or music industry preferred).

  • Strong track record of running broad, scaled communication campaigns and managing multi-channel messaging strategies.

  • Proven ability to build consensus, navigate matrixed organizations, and maintain trust with cross-functional stakeholders at varying levels.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to simplify technical jargon into punchy, compelling, and broad-appeal stories.

  • Solid understanding of or strong passion for the digital music ecosystem, creator platforms, and emerging music technologies.

  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail in cross-team coordination.

  • You are an exceptional communicator who excels at broadcasting clear, energetic, and tailored messages across large audiences.

  • You are a natural relationship-builder, skilled at balancing diverse stakeholder interests and keeping everyone aligned and informed.

  • You possess strong narrative discipline—knowing how to distill complex technical roadmaps into executive-level summaries and high-impact announcements.

  • You are proactive and structured, keeping projects on schedule and ensuring communication flows smoothly across teams.

  • You bring high empathy and adaptability, easily tuning your communication style whether speaking to tech engineers, label executives, or artist representatives.

  • As the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. And our renowned publishing company, Warner Chappell Music, represents genre-spanning songwriters and producers through a catalog of more than one million copyrights worldwide. Warner Music Group is also home to ADA, which supports the independent community, as well as artist services division WMX. In addition, WMG counts film and television storytelling powerhouse Warner Music Entertainment among its many brands.

Together, we are Warner Music Group: Independent Minds. Major Sound.
