Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager – Product-Led Growth (PLG) to support and scale global product-led growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of B2B SaaS product marketing, growth execution, technical storytelling, and data-driven experimentation.

In this role, you will translate global growth priorities into impactful marketing campaigns, compelling product messaging, developer acquisition initiatives, and measurable product adoption programs across international markets. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams to improve product discovery, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.

The ideal candidate can simplify complex technology products into clear value propositions for developers, data practitioners, technical evaluators, and business decision-makers. Candidates with hands-on B2B SaaS product marketing experience, exposure to PLG strategies, and experience marketing technical products are strongly preferred over general digital marketers or professionals focused exclusively on brand marketing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Product-Led Growth and Campaign Execution

  • Execute product-led growth campaigns, marketing experiments, and product adoption initiatives across global markets.
  • Support acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion strategies throughout the customer journey.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for different audience segments and build scalable marketing programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on engagement, conversion, and product usage metrics.
  • Collaborate with growth teams to identify opportunities for improving user acquisition and product adoption.

2. Product Marketing, Positioning, and Messaging

  • Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and compelling use-case narratives.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear customer benefits and business outcomes.
  • Create product pitch decks, competitive presentations, launch materials, blogs, guides, case studies, and other marketing assets.
  • Support global product launches, go-to-market strategies, and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent product messaging across campaigns, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing communications.

3. Developer and Technical Audience Marketing

  • Build awareness, engagement, and adoption among developers, data engineers, data analysts, and technical decision-makers.
  • Plan and execute developer-focused campaigns, technical events, workshops, meetups, and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Develop technical marketing content that supports product discovery, evaluation, and adoption.
  • Understand the needs, objections, and adoption barriers of technical audiences and incorporate these insights into marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with Developer Relations and Product teams to strengthen engagement with technical communities.

4. Market Research and Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct market research, customer research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive differentiators, and emerging customer needs.
  • Analyze competitor positioning, messaging, product capabilities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Translate research findings and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product positioning and campaign development.

5. Analytics and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Track campaign ROI, engagement, acquisition, activation, product usage, and qualified lead generation.
  • Use marketing analytics platforms and AI-powered tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.
  • Support global marketing initiatives while adapting messaging and execution to relevant audiences and markets.
  • Use performance insights and experimentation results to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Must-Have Skills

  • B2B SaaS Product Marketing: Experience in product positioning, messaging, go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and value proposition development.
  • Product-Led Growth (PLG): Understanding of growth strategies focused on user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Technical Product Marketing: Ability to understand technology products and communicate their value effectively to technical and business audiences.
  • Strong writing, presentation, research, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns and evaluating performance through relevant metrics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Developer Marketing: Experience engaging developers, data engineers, data analysts, and technical communities.
  • Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Competitive Analysis: Experience identifying competitor strengths, weaknesses, positioning, and differentiation opportunities.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, databases, analytics, cloud technologies, AI products, or developer tools.
  • Experience with marketing analytics platforms, growth experimentation, and AI-powered marketing tools.
  • Exposure to technical content development, developer events, workshops, and ecosystem marketing.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years in product marketing, growth marketing, developer marketing, technical marketing, or B2B SaaS marketing.
  • Strong understanding of technology products, preferably in data platforms, databases, analytics, cloud computing, AI, or developer tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in product messaging, positioning, go-to-market campaigns, product launches, or technical content development.
  • Exposure to growth campaigns, user acquisition, product adoption, activation, or marketing experimentation.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling, audience-specific marketing narratives.
  • Comfort using AI tools and marketing analytics platforms to support research, execution, and optimization.
