Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with expertise in Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling to join our team. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of our time and attendance solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our organisation and market standard. In this strategic and customer-centric role, you will work with global leaders, solutions, product, process and technology teams to drive business outcomes like accelerating implementation timelines, reducing issues, driving transparency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap for our time and attendance solutions, aligned with the company's overall objectives and market demands. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the time and attendance and scheduling domain. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize product features and enhancements accordingly. Feature Prioritization: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, process design, and othr product teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on feedback, market trends, and business objectives. Requirements Gathering: Define clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process. Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA teams to define test plans and ensure the quality and reliability of the product. Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, value proposition, and features to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects. Training and Documentation: Consult with Process design team to develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support product adoption and usage. Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on product features and enhancements to continuously improve customer satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Proven experience (5 to 6 years) as a Product Manager, in the workforce management, HR tech, or related industry. Strong understanding of Workday Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules. Act as a leader for the Agile development team, guiding and coaching team members in the adoption and implementation of Agile practices. Facilitate Scrum methods such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Develop business cases and proposals for process automation initiatives, outlining the potential benefits and ROI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements. Solid understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers. Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex products. Experience with data-driven decision-making and product analytics tools is a plus. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Passion for innovation and driving positive change in the workforce management industry. JIRA & Workday experience are mandatory, minimum 5 years Mandatory two WD implementation of T&A and Scheduling modules Global absence implementation is a must preferred candidates with experience of large industrial or frontline organisations (retail, manufacturing, shipping & logistics)
