Where you'll leave your mark?
- Own Sprinto's AI browser extensions and AI features end to end — one of several streams within our AI pod, alongside accuracy baselining and automations — as its business owner, not just its product manager.
- Define the problem statement from first principles — figure out what's worth building, why, and for whom, before a line of code is written.
- Build the product and take it to first customers — work hands-on with an initial set of customers, one on one, to get it to a successful POC stage.
- Drive distribution and adoption — partner with CX, Sales, and Marketing to take what worked in POCs to wider launch and measurable adoption across the customer base.
- Own accuracy and quality for AI-driven features — set the bar, know the pitfalls of building on non-deterministic systems, and keep improving output reliability post-launch.
- Operate with senior-level autonomy — set direction for this stream, make calls without waiting for a mandate, and be accountable for outcomes, not deliverables.
The kind of builder we're looking for -
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A business-owner mindset — you think in terms of customer outcomes, adoption, and impact, not tickets shipped.
- A strong first-principles, structured thinker — able to break down an ambiguous problem space and build a clear path from idea to launch.
- Hands-on with customers — comfortable running discovery, POCs, and feedback loops directly with early users to make them successful.
- A strong cross-functional collaborator — you've taken products from build to go-to-market by working closely with CX, Sales, and Marketing.
- AI product experience is a strong plus, not a requirement — if you've built AI-powered features, you know how to improve accuracy and avoid the common pitfalls; if you haven't, you should be able to reason your way there.
- Comfortable with a fast, high-ownership environment — this role exists because we need someone who can pick up a stream and run with it.
