Dun & Bradstreet's expanding AI and data product portfolio requires additional product management capacity to support execution, customer engagement, and product growth. This Product Manager role will own day-to-day roadmap execution, customer requirements, lifecycle management, and cross functional coordination for existing products, ensuring we can continue to enhance offerings, drive adoption, and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. The position also enables senior product leaders to focus on strategic initiatives, commercialization efforts, and long-term portfolio growth while maintaining strong execution across the product portfolio.

The Product Manager develops and manages the product strategy and roadmap for an existing product in market with emphasis on maintenance and growth/maturity of that product in market that can be leveraged by internal and external (3rd party) applications for the specified use cases. Working with stakeholders and senior management, this individual will be responsible for executing on the roadmap and supporting go-to-market activities.

The Product Manager will be responsible for product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and working with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver winning products.

Essential Responsibilities:

Be a subject matter expert on D&B products and how they can be leveraged to fulfill a specific solution.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.

Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, from ideation to retirement.

Prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and ensure successful development and delivery.

Engages with customers and sellers to gather feedback to validate product/feature hypothesis to ensure that products meet quality standards, user needs and expectations.

Keep abreast of latest market trends, perform research to understand customer’s needs, industry trends and competition landscape.

Collaboration with business leaders to develop business cases for new product capabilities for existing products.

Define and track key product metrics to measure product performance, trends, and risks to inform data driven decisions about areas for improvement.

Facilitate communication to stakeholders on product life cycle and roadmap.

Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Applies learning techniques and contributes to analysis and investigation to solve problems Handles escalation while also escalating and informing appropriately.

Skills Needed:

At least 3 years’ experience of product manager experience within portions of Product Lifecycle Management process.

Experience with AI technologies such as; Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG), Human in the loop, etc...

Understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments.

Proven track record of managing some aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

Analytical capabilities, results oriented, with proven ability to multitask and prioritize.

Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, and analytics teams.

Ability to shape business goals and translate into product requirements.

Proficiency in product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Aha, Trello).

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with major in Business Administration, Technology or other related disciplines - Required
