Your mission
Binnen de Business Unit PHARMACARE & MEDICAL DERMATOLOGY, rapporterend aan de Business unit director, bent u verantwoordelijk voor de continue groei van de Pharmacare portfolio door het uitwerken en implementeren van de marketingstrategieën in een veranderende concurrentiële omgeving. Het Pharmacare portfolio bestaat uit een boeiende mix van RX-OTX-OTC producten en medical devices binnen België, Nederland en Luxemburg.
Omschrijving van de functie:
- Uitwerking van de marketingstrategie van de producten (planning, positionering, segmentering, targeting, forecasting, budgettering en tracking);
- Uitvoering van de marketingstrategie van de producten en identificeren van competitieve voordelen en creëren van sales en marketing materialen (pers, public relations, directe marketing, organisatie van congressen, symposium, productdemonstratie en internet) ;
- Uitbouwen van professionele relaties met artsen en KOL-management;
- Opleiding en informatie voor de medische verkoopteams, promotiecampagnes presenteren;
- Analyse van potentiële markten en voorstellen van nieuwe productontwikkelingen;
- Selectie, goedkeuring en controle van de leveranciers of de onderaannemers (aanbestedingen, onderhandeling, formulering van het lastenboek enz.);
- Analyse van de verkoop van de producten ten opzichte van de objectieven, analyse van de resultaten van de communicatieacties; concurrentie van de markt volgen.
Who you are ?
- Opleiding farmaceutische wetenschappen, biomedische wetenschappen of ervaring binnen de farmaceutische sector;
- U spreekt Nederlands, Frans en Engels en beheert de Microsoft Office zoals PowerPoint, Word en Excel;
- U hebt idealiter een eerste geslaagde ervaring als productmanager Rx-producten en/of OTx, Ervaring binnen urologie is een voordeel, geen must;
- U beschikt over een analytische geest en beschikt over een zekere leadership, discipline, organisatie, autonomie en creativiteit;
- U beschikt ook over een groot aanpassingsvermogen, bent flexibel en dynamisch;
- Business ethic, integriteit en respect zijn key values voor jou.
