The Product Manager, Partner Integrations is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering partner integrations across the Empower and Exchange platforms. This role serves as the primary product owner for assigned integration partners and is accountable for managing the full lifecycle of integration capabilities from intake and strategy through roadmap execution, implementation enablement, and ongoing product evolution. 

The Product Manager collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, development teams, implementation teams, and clients to ensure integrations are scalable, reusable, compliant, and aligned with company objectives. This role balances strategic product planning with hands-on execution, enabling efficient partner onboarding while driving platform adoption, operational efficiency, and client value.

Key Responsibilities 

Product Strategy & Roadmap 

  • Own product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned partner integrations across Empower and Exchange. 

  • Evaluate market, customer, partner, and internal business needs to define priorities and investment areas. 

  • Develop business cases, requirements, and success metrics for new integration opportunities. 

  • Align roadmap priorities with company objectives, client demand, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, and regulatory requirements. 

  • Partner with leadership to communicate roadmap status, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations. 

Product Ownership & Delivery 

  • Serve as Product Owner for assigned integrations and enhancement initiatives. 

  • Gather and document business requirements through collaboration with partners, clients, implementation teams, and internal stakeholders. 

  • Author Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and supporting documentation. 

  • Facilitate functional reviews, backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews. 

  • Prioritize work to maximize business value while balancing technical dependencies and resource constraints. 

  • Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle. 

Partner & Vendor Management 

  • Serve as the primary product contact for assigned integration partners. 

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and third-party service providers. 

  • Collaborate with partners on requirements, certification efforts, enhancements, API changes, regulatory updates, and product roadmaps. 

  • Coordinate partner onboarding activities and ensure readiness for implementation and support teams. 

  • Lead discussions related to new partner opportunities, product capabilities, and integration feasibility. 

Integration & Platform Management 

  • Define scalable integration requirements and reusable implementation patterns. 

  • Support governance and productization of integration configurations across Empower and Exchange. 

  • Ensure integration solutions are designed for repeatability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. 

  • Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities, APIs, security, and integration frameworks. 

  • Drive reduction of custom solutions through standardization and reusable product capabilities. 

Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Client Success, Professional Services, Support, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships teams to understand customer needs and delivery priorities. 

  • Assist with client escalations requiring product analysis and direction. 

  • Support implementation teams with integration guidance, configuration requirements, and product expertise. 

  • Present product updates to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Contribute to client-facing documentation, implementation guides, release communications, and enablement materials. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Monitor integration adoption, usage, quality, and performance metrics. 

  • Identify opportunities to reduce implementation effort, improve onboarding efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction. 

  • Maintain visibility into backlog health, project status, risks, and dependencies. 

  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives across product management and implementation functions. 

  • Ensure work is appropriately documented, tracked, and managed through the organization's product delivery processes. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Integration Management, or related experience. 

  • Experience managing software products, APIs, SaaS platforms, or third-party integrations. 

  • Demonstrated experience translating business requirements into product requirements and executable development work. 

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex stakeholder relationships. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 

  • Experience supporting mortgage technology, fintech, lending, banking, or financial services platforms. 

  • Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), document providers, verifications, credit, fraud, title, appraisal, mortgage insurance, or similar ecosystem partners. 

  • Familiarity with APIs, web services, data integrations, and modern integration platforms. 

  • Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent Agile planning tools. 

  • Experience working directly with third-party vendors and strategic technology partners.

Salary Range:

The estimated base salary range for this role is USD$84,600.00 - USD$103,400.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.

Other Compensation (US Only):

This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.

Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).

Time off (US Only):

The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
