We think being good at product requires clear communication, a sense of focus, and to always challenge the conventional ways of doing things in order to create things that are genuinely good. What you’ll bring:

  • Being comfortable operating outside of your comfort zone and dealing with ambiguity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to make the complex comprehensible.
  • Build relationships across the business and reach compromises to deliver the best outcomes possible.
  • Ability to partner seamlessly with software engineers and designers in an engineering-led culture without relying on rigid task management or proxy metrics.

How We Work

  • Ship Without Friction: We work to remove complexity in order to make ideas real and get them into customers' hands quickly.
  • Keep It Simple: We simplify processes, communicate in plain English, and choose practical momentum over rigid process.
  • Own It: We take ownership of obstacles, solve problems proactively, and focus relentlessly on delivering outcomes.
  • Do the Right Thing: We lead with integrity, making choices that ensure our product remains easy, useful, safe, and delightful.
  • Listen & Improve: We gather feedback, listen to diverse perspectives, and continuously seek ways to optimize our tools and customer experience.

We also offer private health insurance for all employees.

We offer 33 days holiday (including public hols), plus an extra day on your birthday; you also get 16 hours of paid leave a year to do voluntary work.
