About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, product-first thinker to own the end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery of an AI-native Network Testing and Validation Platform focused on Drive Testing, Probe Testing, automated network testing, and network performance analysis.

You will shape a product that enables telecom operators, network teams, and service providers to plan, execute, automate, and analyze network testing across 4G, 5G, and evolving network environments. The platform will unify drive testing, active and passive probe testing, network telemetry, OSS data, geospatial intelligence, and customer-experience signals into a single testing and validation ecosystem. Experience with mobile SDK-based network data collection, passive data pipelines, device telemetry, or crowdsourced network-performance platforms will be valuable.

The product vision is to transform traditional network testing from manual, field-intensive, and periodic testing into a more automated, continuous, intelligent, and data-driven testing model.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Build and own a product roadmap grounded in structured discovery: Jobs-to-be-Done, outcome-driven frameworks, and continuous customer evidence
  • Define clear problem statements, opportunity hypotheses, and measurable success metrics (OKRs, KPIs) for every initiative
  • Create compelling business cases with explicit ROI, adoption, and value-realization criteria
  • Identify market opportunities across enterprise operations, managed services, and infrastructure markets; drive positioning and GTM strategy

Product Build & Execution

  • Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) with a bias toward continuous delivery and validated learning
  • Write sharp, unambiguous PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria — bridging operator workflows and engineering implementation
  • Drive product decisions with data: usage telemetry, funnel metrics, and A/B testing where applicable
  • Manage cross- Manage cross-pillar dependencies across Drive Test, Probe, Mobile App/SDK, and Analytics — ensuring coherent workflows and data flows end-to-end

AI-Powered Network Testing & Automation

  • Own the end-to-end productization of AI capabilities across network testing — from identifying use cases and defining requirements to feature design, development, integration, rollout, and adoption.
  • Build AI-driven features that automatically analyze drive-test, probe-test, network events, alarms, and performance data to identify anomalies and service-impacting issues.
  • Develop Automated Root Cause Analysis (RCA) capabilities that correlate events, alarms, KPIs, topology, configuration changes, and test results to determine probable root causes.
  • Build intelligent closed-loop validation where the platform detects an issue, triggers the appropriate drive/probe test, analyzes the result, recommends or initiates remediation, and automatically re-tests to validate resolution.

Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Design and implement pricing strategies: tiered licensing, consumption-based SaaS, and value-based models
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop value propositions, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement materials (battle cards, solution briefs)
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support
  • Communicate product vision with strong storytelling — simplifying complex automation and AI concepts for business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree from a Tier-1 institution, or equivalent demonstrated impact.
  • 8–12 years of Product Management experience in B2B enterprise software; Telecom, Network Testing, OSS, Network Assurance, or Operations Automation strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Network Testing, Drive Testing, Probe Testing, and network performance/service assurance workflows.
  • Proven experience shipping and scaling enterprise products, with end-to-end ownership from discovery and roadmap through feature development, launch, and adoption.
  • Hands-on understanding of network KPIs, testing workflows, events/alarms, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML product development, from use-case ideation through production feature delivery and feedback loops.
  • Experience with AI-driven capabilities such as Automated RCA, event correlation, anomaly detection, and intelligent recommendations is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of test automation, orchestration, and closed-loop validation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to operate at both executive vision and engineering detail levels.
  • Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data/analytics tooling.
  • Knowledge of network testing tools (TEMS/Infovista, XCAL/Accuver, NEMO/Keysight).

Skills

Primary Skills

  • Product Ownership & Outcome-Driven Management
  • AI/ML Use-case Ideation, Prioritization & E2E Delivery
  • Automated RCA, Event Correlation & Anomaly Detection
  • Test Automation, Orchestration & Closed-Loop Validation
  • Requirements Elicitation, PRD Writing & Documentation
  • Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Product Delivery
  • Agile Product Development & Continuous Delivery

Network Testing Domain Understanding

  • Network Testing, Drive Testing & Probe Testing
  • Layer 3 Messaging & Signaling
  • Qualcomm (QC) Chipset & Device Testing
  • RF Fundamentals & Network Performance
  • 4G/5G Network, Mobility & Service Quality
  • Network KPIs, Events, Alarms & Performance Data
