As the product leader, you will own the product roadmap and backlog, work closely with the Government Product Owner and mission users, and coordinate with technical and systems integration leaders so that each increment is feasible, testable, and aligned with the broader architecture and mission workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Technical Lead, Systems Engineering and Integration Lead, and engineering teams to manage interfaces, dependencies, technical feasibility, and integration readiness.
  • Guide delivery and integration of spacecraft orchestration applications, enterprise systems, mission workflows, advanced analytics, data science, or AI/ML capabilities when they support mission outcomes.
  • Track product outcomes, user feedback, risks, decisions, and dependencies; brief Government partners and program leadership on product status and recommended priorities.
  • Support verification, validation, release readiness, transition to operations, and continuous improvement.
  • This position will be located at CACI facilities in Sterling, VA, Denver, CO or King of Prussia, PA and is contingent upon contract award.

  • Experience with Agile methods, iterative release planning, backlog management, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and user feedback loops.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams spanning software engineering, data and analytics, systems integration, test, and mission operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to brief customer stakeholders and senior leadership.

Desired

  • Product Owner or Agile certification such as CSPO, Product Owner/Product Manager, or an equivalent credential.
  • Prior experience leading comparable programs within the Space domain supporting NRO, USSF, or similar organizations.
