Product / Brand Manager (Surgical)
The Manager is primarily responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies for surgical products, enhancing brand equity, market share, and sales through digital, social, and e-Commerce advancements.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in ophthalmology is a strong asset
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within Warsaw and across Poland
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus
- High level of accountability, independence, and responsibility
