About this Product Analyst role at Intale
We are looking for an analytical, product-focused professional to join our team as a Product & Integrations Intelligence Analyst, working alongside our Senior Product Manager.
The role will act as a bridge between the Business and Engineering teams, turning market intelligence, APIs, technical capabilities, and business requirements into clear and actionable product inputs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor competitors across features, pricing, integrations, and product flows.
- Research and assess APIs and integrations, including tax authorities, ERP systems, delivery platforms, loyalty providers, payment solutions, and other third-party services.
- Identify and document technical capabilities, constraints, dependencies, and integration requirements.
- Translate roadmap initiatives into clear use cases, specifications, and structured requirements.
- Support product roadmap decisions with validated market insights and recommendations.
- Create clear product documentation and development-ready inputs for Engineering teams.
- Participate in roadmap discussions, product planning, and integration evaluation.
- Identify new integration opportunities that can strengthen the product offering and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Product, SaaS, Software, Business Analysis, or similar environment.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to conduct market and competitive research and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Good understanding of APIs and software integrations, including REST APIs, authentication flows, data exchange, and system dependencies.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured product and technical requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AADE, myDATA, electronic invoicing, POS systems, payments, or fintech.
- Experience with ERP systems or third-party software integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL or experience with data analysis.
- Previous experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analysis.
