Responsibilities:

• Support client onboarding, engagement, and product adoption initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Provide analytical product support through inquiry resolution, trend monitoring, and issue escalation.
• Address client questions regarding CDB functionality, content, and utilization.
• Develop and maintain training resources, including user guides, one-pagers, and frequently asked questions.
• Deliver virtual training sessions, individual consultations, and webinars to strengthen client understanding and utilization of CDB functionality.
• Manage client access and provide timely product support to ensure a positive client experience.
• Monitor healthcare industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into client education and product guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improved product adoption, client engagement, and value realization.
