Brown & Brown is seeking a Product Administration Support to join our growing team in Dallas, TX.   

Production Administration Support is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Production Administration team while assisting with a variety of administrative and accounting functions.  

This position requires an individual with strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound judgment. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and possess strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include supporting customer and dealer inquiries, processing cancellations for dealer business, and billing claims back to our clients. Given the financial and administrative nature of these tasks, accuracy and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. 

How You Will Contribute:   

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to telephone and email inquiries from dealerships, customers, agents, and internal team members.  

• Process contract cancellation refunds, remittance correction refunds, and interval refunds for producers in a timely and accurate manner.  

• Support the Network Claims Department by auditing vendor-billed claims for accuracy and ensuring proper documentation. 

• Communicate with clients regarding monthly claims billing, addressing questions and resolving discrepancies as needed.  

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial transactions and customer requests.  

• Assisting and completing miscellaneous tasks assigned by Executives. 

Skills & Experience to be Successful:  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.  

• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.   

• Attention to detail and deadline driven.
