Job Summary

The Procurement Support Associate supports global procurement operations by managing supplier onboarding and supplier data maintenance activities while providing functional support for non-inventory purchasing processes. This role partners with employees, suppliers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions to ensure compliance with procurement policies, maintain accurate supplier records, support purchase requisition and purchase order activities, and promote adoption of standard procurement processes. The position also participates in training, testing, process improvements, and implementation of procurement initiatives supporting a global user community.

Supplier Onboarding & Supplier Maintenance

• Process supplier registration requests and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Initiate Third-Party Risk Assessment activities with business owners and suppliers.
• Maintain supplier records, including updates, deactivations, merges, and data change requests.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders globally to ensure compliance with procurement policies and data governance standards.
• Respond to supplier onboarding inquiries and assist with issue resolution.

Procurement User Support & Purchase Order Management

• Provide functional support and guidance to employees using Oracle Fusion Procurement for non-inventory purchasing activities.
• Assist users with purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and procurement process navigation.
• Monitor support channels, manage inquiries and incidents, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Deliver user training and onboarding and maintain process documentation and job aids.
• Participate in testing, process improvement initiatives, and deployment of procurement enhancements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and time zones.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced written and verbal English communication skills are required.
