Job Summary
• This role supports the procurement and supply chain operations for strategic commodities and works closely with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are available to support business objectives. The position plays an important role in resolving supply chain challenges, improving operational efficiency by designing automation workflow/tool, and enhancing collaboration across a global network of suppliers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and supply chain activities for assigned commodities, building expertise within specific product categories based on business needs and individual strengths.

• Coordinate with strategic suppliers, manufacturing partners (ODMs), and internal teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth execution throughout the supply chain.

• Identify, investigate, and help resolve supply chain issues, including material shortages, shipment delays, product certification challenges, and other operational disruptions.

• Support supplier communication and relationship management, ensuring alignment on quality expectations, delivery requirements, compliance standards, and operational priorities.

• Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives by leveraging digital tools to streamline manual workflows, improve data visibility, and increase team efficiency.

• Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and provide insights to support planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement efforts.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain (procurement, sourcing…etc.), category management, manufacturing/operations, or a related field.

• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and effectively communicating across internal and external teams.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience using Excel, data analysis tools, Digital skills such as Power BI, SQL and Python, Power Automate etc. or other digital solutions to improve business processes.
