This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Procurement team through transactional support, ERP data management and coordination with suppliers and Procurement members.
- Perform Procurement transactional support – Oracle set-up, system price updates, documents indexing
- Process Advance Shipping Notices in Supplier Portal
- Coordinate with Procurement member and suppliers in communicating and/or gathering information
