岗位职责
1. 负责制程首件巡检及巡回检查，巡检数据记录的填写，统计，分析
2. 生产中不合格品的处理
3. 负责制程不良/制程隐患的识别记录，统计分析，提出改善和预防措施
4. 输出质量的日报及质量异常初步的分析报告
5. 新项目导入风险识别，提出隐患及改善建议，提升质量控制水平
任职要求
1. 电气或质量管理专业, 或电气专业应届生
2. 具备制程检验经验，熟悉制造业生产现场质量管理流程
3. 能独立识别异常且清晰反馈，具备良好的沟通协调能力
4. 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系，熟练使用质量管理工具及方法改善质量问题
5. 有制冷行业经验优先，熟悉钎焊工艺优先
6. 熟悉质量工具，会使用QC 7大手法进行有效的数据整理及分析
7. 有良好的沟通、跨部门协作能力
