Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Juarez South.

Reporting to the Operations Engineering Manager, the Process Engineer’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible processes.
• Trouble shoot process related issues.
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select various engineered materials.
• Evaluate and select semi automate and automate machines to improve the process.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Implement safety, productivity and yield improvements.
• Experience in attention in audits.
• Experience with Customer Service and countermeasures and analysis of customer complaints.
• Knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Desirable experience in repair process.
• Experience in NPI process.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Review processing methods.
• Experience working with teams.
• Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
• Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
• Lead cost improvement/reduction programs.
• Six Sigma methodology experience (green belt, black belt).
