Position Summary岗位概述

负责解决制程工艺（重点关注浆料）问题，积极调查工艺异常和质量问题，优化现有制程工艺和提升自动化生产水平。管理生产相关设备可靠性，确保生产工艺安全稳定，产品质量一致性，满足客户需求。负责及时识别制程相关问题，及时纠正和采取预防措施，并且做好持续改善和总结，为车间提供工艺培训和做好日常执行监督。负责建立、更新和维护工艺文件，尤其是SOP建立、培训、执行和审核，通过对SOP持续改善，提升安全、工艺和产品质量。负责调查安全、工艺和质量相关事件，查找根本原因和采取纠正预防措施。

Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) 工作要求（主要职责）

·       通过工艺优化和工程改造提升产线自动化生产水平，减少和避免粉尘暴露。持续改善现有工艺，提升生产效率和降低成本，如减少返工、减少粗磨遍数、减少除磁液排量、提升除磁工艺等。

·       解决生产操作工艺和质量问题，满足产能和客户发货需求，如磁颗超规格、拦截系统可靠性等。

·       积极调查安全事件、质量问题、工艺异常和客户投诉，查找原因和制定纠正预防措施。

·       优化和改造DCS顺控工艺，减少人为干预，如自动落料、自动灌装、自动转料和出料，等。

·       改善设备机械完整性，通过分析设备故障或失效避免和预防重复故障，监督PM有效执行，预防和减少NMP等泄漏。

·       主导除磁工艺现场优化跟踪：过滤器选型、除磁设备清洗频率优化、EMS工艺参数优化、锆珠清理、NMP提纯、滤网清洗，等。

·       开车调试和试产准备、实施、总结和分析，提供及时有效的数据和建议。

·       识别现场操作改善机会，建立跟踪措施和最佳实践，形成操作和培训材料，为车间提供培训。

·       严格遵守公司各项SH&E方针和相关程序规定，持续提高自己的安全意识和风险辨识能力。严格按照ISO9001、ISO14001、RC14001、IATF16949的标准，协助体系文件维护，如PFMEA, CP, SOP,技术规范。确保各项工作有效运行和满足客户审核、体系审核、政府等审核。

·       严格遵守公司的各项安全规定包括员工安全要求（责任）18条，管理团队安全要求（责任）13条，安全、健康、环保相关规定，对发现的安全隐患应及时上报。

·       及时完成部门交于的其他工作。

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)  能力（知识、技能和行为）

·       具备扎实的化工专业知识，熟悉化工生产过程及常用的化工设备。

·       熟悉工艺管控的方法并能运用到实际工作中。

·       具备独立解决问题的能力和良好的沟通能力。

·       较强的思维逻辑性，良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用office等办公软件

·       有一定的浆料分散工作经验

·       品行端正，积极上进。

·       具备质量六大工具实操或项目落地经验者优先。

Education/Experience 教育/经验

·       本科及以上学历

·       化工/材料类专业

·       本科6年（含）以上工作经验，硕士4年（含）以上工作经验
