Job Summary The Sales Order Processing Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end sales order activities, from order receipt to order confirmation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with commercial terms, and timely processing. The role supports seamless order fulfillment by coordinating with sales, operations, finance, and customer service teams. Job Description – Process Associate Order Processing • Process sales orders based on approved quotations, customer purchase orders, and contracts. • Validate order details including pricing, quantity, delivery/service dates, tax codes, and payment terms. • Create and manage sales orders in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Pronto). • Ensure Order acknowledgements, Handover are completed for all the orders processed. • Process order amendments, cancellations, and revisions in line with approved change requests • Resolve sales order discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. • Upload and maintain certificates, insurance details, and other required compliance documentation across relevant systems and customer portals. • Submit service claims and invoices in line with contractual terms, SLAs, and internal approval processes. Timing • Standard Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST • Flexibility Required: Candidate must be open to working in Oceania shift after transition. Qualifications • UG/PG Degree in Commerce and Finance preferred / Any graduation. Years of experience • At least 3– 5years of experience in OTC – Order management and Billing. Skill sets required • Strong coordination and communication skills. • Ability to prepare and manage quotations and work orders. • Basic understanding Fire and Security safety systems. • Experience with quotation/work order systems is preferred. • High attention to detail and ability to manage follow-ups.
