You will partner with our Nurse Practitioners to bridge gaps in care. You will be fully remote. We are looking for approximately 5 hours each month. You will report directly to the Associate Director.
Responsibilities
- You will complete regular chart review and coordinate monthly meetings
- You will be available as a resource for the advanced practice provider to ensure quality patient care.
- You will collaborate with clinical leaders about quality of care, review of outcome data, procedure, and records issues.
Use your skills to make an impact
Required Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas.
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
- Board certification or Board Eligible
- 2+ years of telehealth experience
- 2+ years of experience as a collaborating physician
Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
