We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following:   

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.  

• Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on:  

• Data protection and privacy matters 

• Intellectual property rights 

• Technology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements  

• Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including:  

• GDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.) 

• DORA  (ICT services agreements) 

• DSA and AI Act . 

• Preparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matters. 

What you bring matters   

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations) 

• 2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with: 

• GDPR compliance 

• DORA 

• Digital Services Act (DSA) 

• Consumer Protection Law 

• Intellectual Property Law 

• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek) 

• Admission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece 

• Excellent legal and business analytical skills   

• Positivity, motivation and strong interpersonal skills   

• A Master’s degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset
