Parsons is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert who has extensive experience with Navy Distributed Operations mission set. In this role you will get to support a high visibility Navy Program. 

What You’ll be Doing:

• Responsible for providing guidance to the project team

• Serve as a trusted advisor 

• Provide specialize knowledge and offer deep expertise in their respective fields to improve decision-making

• Enhance project outcomes by mitigating risk through experience

Required Qualifications:

• Must have a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ability to pass a Counterintelligence polygraph

• 10 years or more of professional experience with specific technologies and capabilities pertinent to Distributed Operations mission set

• Master’s degree, or an authorized substitution for a bachelor’s degree plus four additional years of relevant experience. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative/distributed team environment

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite

• Demonstrated expertise in two or more technologies, capabilities, or mission areas directly relevant to the Distributed Ops program. 

• Distributed Operations architecture and capabilities. 

• Distributed SIGINT Operations. 

• Enterprise data buses or distributed data fabrics. 

• Battle Management Aids. 

• Remote sensor tasking, control, or operations. 

• Geolocation mission operations. 

• Navy information warfare or cryptologic operations. 

• Joint, National, coalition, or Five Eyes interoperability. 

• Tactical-edge systems or distributed command-and-control systems. 

• Cross-domain solutions. 

• DistOps software, systems integration, testing, or experimentation. 

Desired Qualifications:

• An active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly is preferred

• Experience supporting Navy programs, NAVWAR, NIWC Pacific, NIWC Atlantic

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
