About this Principal Real Estate Consultant (Hybrid) role at American Family Insurance
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from Madison, WI 53783
Depending on the candidate pool, this position may be filled at a lower level to maintain alignment with experience and qualifications.

Position Compensation Range:
$113,000.00 - $194,000.00Pay Rate Type:
SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- You will develop strategic plans which align with corporate goals. Searches for and utilizes research to optimize decision making and strategic planning for real estate needs.
- You will record and report relevant information to describe the status of corporate real estate and future projections. Handles day-to-day operations dealing with leased properties.
- You will manage transactions involving corporate real estate in support of the strategic real estate plan.
- You may be required to complete other assignments or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Education Requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of program planning processes, tools and systems.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
- In-depth real estate related financial analysis skills with specific experience in cash flow analysis, and capital project budgeting.
- Extensive technical knowledge of real estate legal contracts, laws, terms, and the ability to draft contracts.
- Travel requirements up to 10%
