The Role: 

Entegris is seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of our Formulated Solutions business in Taiwan. This role will manage assigned product lines, partner with commercial and technical teams, and help translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions.

In this role you will: 

• Manage assigned FS product lines, including IC slurries, substrates, pads, SPI, and CMP cleans, based on portfolio priorities. 

• Drive revenue growth, margin performance, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution for the assigned portfolio. 

• Lead NPI activities from customer qualification through adoption in partnership with sales, applications, R&D, and TPM teams. 

• Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and communicate pipeline risks, opportunities, and required actions. 

• Represent Taiwan customer needs in roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio discussions with global product and business leaders. 

What we are looking for: 

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 

• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or a related role. 

• Experience working with semiconductor customers in Taiwan and translating customer needs into business and product actions. 

• Strong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution. 

• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English; experience with NPI or customer qualifications is preferred.

• Growth and profitability of assigned product lines, including revenue, margin, pricing, and pipeline conversion. 

• Successful NPI progress from qualification through customer adoption and HVM readiness. 

• Forecast accuracy, pipeline visibility, and timely follow-up on risks and opportunities. 

• Effective customer engagement and cross-functional leadership across sales, technical, R&D, TPM, and global product teams.
