Shape the Future of Consultant Performance at Evolution

We’re looking for a commercially credible Principal L&D Consultant to take ownership of how our consultants are developed, coached and supported to perform.

This isn’t a traditional L&D role.

Evolution Technology Solutions is a digital-focused consultancy delivering end-to-end projects and providing expert digital and technology contractors to clients across Scandinavia. Through Evolution Digital Health, we partner with the NHS and wider digital health sector across digital systems, diagnostics, RPA and AI, helping healthcare organisations work smarter and deliver better patient care.

We need someone who can understand that commercial environment and turn it into practical development for our consultants.

You’ll own onboarding, deliver consultative sales training, coach experienced consultants and work directly with managers to improve capability and performance across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning our consultant onboarding programme through to readiness.
• Designing and delivering practical, commercially focused sales and recruitment training.
• Coaching consultants one-to-one, including call coaching and performance feedback.
• Embedding consultative sales methodologies into everyday behaviours.
• Developing capability across business development, discovery, qualification, opportunity progression, account growth and stakeholder engagement.
• Working with Directors and Managers to improve coaching standards and build higher-performing teams.
• Using performance data and trends to identify development needs and measure impact.
• Supporting key programmes including our Million Biller Pathway and wider consultant development.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

You’ll need to be someone who can walk into a room and quickly earn credibility with experienced, commercially driven consultants.

You may currently be a:

• Recruitment or Sales Trainer
• L&D Consultant or Manager
• Sales Coach
• Recruitment Manager with a strong passion for developing people
• Capability or Performance Specialist

You’ll ideally bring experience across recruitment, professional services, technology or another consultative sales environment, with a strong track record in training, coaching and improving commercial performance.

Experience with areas such as SPIN Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, discovery and qualification, stakeholder mapping, opportunity management, account development and call coaching would be a real advantage.

Most importantly, you need to be able to take commercial and sales knowledge and turn it into practical behaviours that improve consultant performance.
