Join our Precision Strike Finance Team as a Principal Financial Analyst, where you will leverage your expertise in finance and program control to make a meaningful impact. You will work independently and collaboratively across various teams, including Product Line, Business Operations Finance, Global Supply Chain (GSCM) Finance, and Program Offices. This hybrid role supports a Program Management Office (PMO) primarily operating in the Mountain Time Zone (AZ). Onsite work can be performed at the Tucson, AZ location.
Relocation assistance is not provided.
What You Will Do
- Conducting quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews for individual programs and product line summaries.
- Performing trend analysis for spend rates and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) metrics at the product line level.
- Managing manpower planning for Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and Engineering Support to Production Baseline (ESPB).
- Supporting proposal activities and pricing exercises.
- Managing financial responsibilities for IPT, ESPB, and Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) efforts across the portfolio.
- Preparing weekly reporting and invoicing.
- Performing various ad hoc financial analyses and exercises as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, MS Project, or similar systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with Program Controls or Business Operations finance.
- Experience working with PRISM, PRISM reports, GSCM/Ops/Quality Pooling applications, “Standard Structure,” rules tables, and breakpoints.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines with a focus on detail, quality, and accuracy.
- Experience driving independent analysis in dynamic and evolving environments.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to collaborate across organizational teams.
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
