Job Description:
- Perform functional testing, validation, and reliability verification of PRVX Probe Cards.
- Develop, execute, and optimize test plans and test procedures.
- Analyze test data and identify root causes of product failures or performance issues.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering qualification, and product release activities.
- Collaborate with Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Field Service teams to resolve technical issues.
- Generate test reports and provide technical recommendations for product improvement.
- Maintain and improve testing standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Support failure analysis (FA), corrective actions, and customer-related technical investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Participate in test automation development and implementation projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor testing, probe card testing, ATE, or a related engineering field preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and hands-on laboratory experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Understanding of semiconductor testing processes and probe card applications.
- Experience operating and troubleshooting testing equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electronics and semiconductor manufacturing (Especially, back-end semiconductor test desired)
- Ability to communicate (verbal/written) in English.
- Willingness to perform shift work.

Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work | Required
