Experience: 15-20 Years

Industry Experience : In the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) industry, including

Telecommunications, Digital Service Providers, Media & Entertainment, Technology

Platforms, Network Providers, or System Integrators serving CMT customers. Cross domain

experience in Banking or Retail will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

. Business Support & Revenue Growth

O Collaborate with solution, delivery, and partner teams to design differentiated solutions and winning

go-to-market strategies

O Build and maintain a portfolio of reusable solution assets, success stories, and industry-specific

offerings to accelerate sales cycles

O Create and position solution offerings that address customer challenges and deliver measurable

business outcomes

Financial Operations & Revenue Assurance

O Own the financial governance of customer accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, revenue recognition,

and billing compliance.

O Drive timely invoice processing and coordinate with finance, delivery, and customer teams to

minimize billing disputes.

O Monitor collections, outstanding receivables, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to improve cash flow

and working capital performance.

O Proactively manage revenue-at-risk, overdue payments, and disputed invoices through structured

action plans and stakeholder engagement.

. Account Management & Portfolio Expansion

O Manage and grow key accounts across sectors such as telecom, consumer, and enterprise.

O Drive account mining strategies to expand service offerings (e.g., cybersecurity, data analytics, digital

solutions).

O Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Delivery & Operations Management

O Own end-to-end delivery governance for strategic customer engagements, ensuring quality, timelines,

and customer satisfaction.

O Drive operational excellence through effective resource planning, utilization management, and

service delivery oversight.

Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of projects

and managed services.

Establish and monitor key operational KPIs, SLAs, and business performance metrics to drive

continuous improvement.
