We are seeking an experienced Principal Associate with strong expertise in white-collar crime and criminal law matters. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex disputes and white-collar crime cases, along with strong communication, client management, and legal advisory skills.

The role involves regular interaction with clients and other stakeholders and requires the flexibility to travel regularly to Indore and Mumbai as needed.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and advise on white-collar crime, criminal law, and dispute resolution matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis relating to complex criminal and regulatory issues.
• Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, applications, opinions, and other legal documentation.
• Assist in developing case strategies and provide practical legal advice to clients.
• Manage client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders on ongoing matters.
• Represent and assist clients in relevant legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Monitor developments in criminal law, regulatory frameworks, and relevant judicial decisions.
• Travel regularly to Indore and Mumbai for client meetings, hearings, consultations, and other professional requirements.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of legal work while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in white-collar crime matters.
• Good understanding of criminal law and dispute resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal matters and work effectively under deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Indore and Mumbai.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
