About the job

This role focuses on the market and product dimensions of pricing and profitability management where you connect brands, functions, and stakeholders across the business. In a highly competitive global market, you drive strategic initiatives, enable informed decision-making, and coordinate activities to support long-term profitability and growth.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pricing and profitability strategies that drive sustainable business performance.
  • Lead commercial initiatives and identify activities to improve profitability, capture value, and long-term growth.
  • Define and support global pricing strategies, ensuring effective price positioning across markets and product portfolios.
  • Collaborate across brands to align priorities, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and effective decision making.

Location and flexibility

The preferred location is Sandviken or Stockholm. We also welcome applications from candidates based near our key division locations across Europe, including Fagersta, Tübingen, Milan and Šumperk.

Your profile

You have documented experience from a leading position, preferably withing strategic marketing, product management, sales, finance, or pricing and profitability management. Working in an international environment comes naturally, and you communicate confidently in English.

Your background includes

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of business development and value creation.
  • Experience from complex, multi-brand organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A track record of driving change and delivering results.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships and collaborating effectively across functions and organizational levels. You build trust, engage confidently with senior stakeholders, and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.
