Department Overview

The Pricing Coordinator and CPQ/Shop Admin maintains external ordering tools, internal CPQ systems, and manages price books. This position is part of the Sales Operations team, working in a multi-cultural environment to support sales teams. The team works closely with various departments within Motorola (Sales, Finance, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Strategy) to assist sales in achieving order and revenue goals.


Job Description

 As a Pricing and CPQ/Shop administrator you will:

  • Work closely with the Global team to implement new features and functionalities for Shops in EMEA.

  • User Support: Serve as an SME on Shop/CPQ & regional capabilities. Assist CMSO/OFC on issue escalations when needed.

  • Participate in global governance meetings.

  • Support and administer all aspects of MSI external ordering tools (Partner/Customer Hub Shop) for EA, including everyday maintenance, system performance monitoring, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain current and new Motorola partner catalogs and pricing logic to ensure customers can view available products per contracts, list pricing defined by product groups, and discounts per agreed schedules (on Partner Hub Shop and Oracle systems).

  • Support Order Management (OM) teams in resolving pricing and order-related issues or inquiries.

  • Resolve product orderability cases in cooperation with product groups.

  • Advise product teams on promotion types, methods, new product classifications, and discounts.

  • Load and maintain EMEA list prices (load, adjust, create list prices in GF and R12 systems) and resolve pricing queries.

  • Maintain discount structures for Channel Partners and direct contracts in CPQ.

  • Provide ongoing CPQ system support.

  • Training for Sales 

  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.


Basic Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or technical equivalent-

  • Around 1-3 years of experience

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to learn new IT systems and applications quickly

  • Very fluent in English
