Prevencionista de Riesgos

Objetivo del cargo

• Planificar, controlar, asesorar y promover acciones preventivas y correctivas destinadas a evitar accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales. El cargo deberá resguardar la seguridad, salud ocupacional y calidad de vida de los trabajadores, verificando permanentemente las condiciones de infraestructura, equipos y elementos de protección personal.

Principales responsabilidades

• Supervisar en terreno el cumplimiento del Programa de Prevención de Riesgos.
• Gestionar los sistemas de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, control de riesgos y protocolos vigentes del MINSAL.
• Realizar inducciones y capacitaciones en prevención, seguridad y salud laboral.
• Investigar incidentes y accidentes ocurridos en obra.

Formación y experiencia

• Título técnico o universitario en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
• Registro vigente como Experto Profesional ante la SEREMI de Salud.
• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en el sector construcción y en funciones similares.

Conocimientos técnicos

• Normativa legal chilena y estándares internacionales de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
• Sistemas de gestión, control de riesgos, salud ocupacional y protocolos MINSAL.
• Evaluación de riesgos e impactos.

Certificaciones deseables

• Certificación en Prevención de Riesgos.
• Primeros Auxilios y Rescate.
• Manejo de Sustancias Peligrosas.
• Cursos de actualización en normativa de seguridad y salud ocupacional.

• Trabajo en equipo y capacidad para liderar grupos.
