Job Description:

Prevencionista de Riesgos

• En Ferrovial Construcción Chile buscamos incorporar a un/a Prevencionista de Riesgos para desempeñarse en proyectos de obras subterranea, participando en un proyecto de infraestructura subterránea de alta exigencia técnica y operacional.

Objetivo del cargo

• Planificar, implementar y controlar la gestión preventiva del proyecto, velando por la seguridad y salud de trabajadores, contratistas y subcontratistas. El cargo deberá asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal, los estándares corporativos y los requerimientos del mandante, promoviendo una cultura preventiva sólida en todos los frentes de trabajo.

Principales funciones

• Identificar peligros, evaluar riesgos y mantener actualizada la matriz de riesgos del proyecto.
• Realizar inspecciones en terreno y verificar el cumplimiento de controles, procedimientos de trabajo seguro y uso de EPP.
• Supervisar trabajos de alto riesgo, incluidos túneles, excavaciones, espacios confinados, trabajos en altura e izaje de cargas.
• Gestionar la emisión, aplicación, seguimiento y cierre de permisos de trabajo.

Requisitos excluyentes

• Título profesional de Ingeniería en Prevención de Riesgos o carrera afín.
• También podrán postular profesionales de Ingeniería, Construcción Civil o carreras similares que cuenten con un postítulo en Prevención de Riesgos de al menos 1.000 horas pedagógicas, otorgado por una institución reconocida por el Estado.
• Registro vigente como Experto/a en Prevención de Riesgos ante la SEREMI de Salud.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 a 5 años en prevención de riesgos dentro del rubro de construcción o infraestructura.

Experiencia y conocimientos deseables

• Experiencia en obras civiles pesadas, túneles, metro, ferrocarriles, carreteras, puentes u otros proyectos de infraestructura subterránea.
• Experiencia en implementación o mantenimiento de Sistemas de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo bajo ISO 45001.
• Conocimientos de investigación de incidentes, análisis causal, gestión de emergencias y control de actividades críticas.
• Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Excel, Word y PowerPoint.
