We deliver complex, lifecycle water and wastewater solutions to a diversified base of blue-chip industrial, municipal, and resource-extraction clients.

We are seeking an ambitious, growth-oriented President, North America to lead the next phase of our journey.

Our ambition is clear; the business unit is entering a period of growth in which it will scale its commercial and operating capability to grow the business from $35M to $70M by 2030.

This role is about building, scaling, and transforming.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group CEO, the President will have responsibility for the strategic, commercial, operational, and financial performance of the North American business.

We are looking for a leader with the vision to identify growth opportunities and the execution capability to turn them into results.

You will be empowered to drive market expansion, accelerate commercial performance, strengthen customer relationships, develop high-performing teams, and pursue both organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Success in this role will be measured not by maintaining the current business, but by creating a more valuable enterprise.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategy to double the revenue of the North American business
• Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Expand Envirogen's presence across targeted industrial sectors and geographic markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.
• Create a culture of accountability, customer focus, and commercial excellence.
• Strengthen strategic customer relationships and develop new growth channels.
• Identify and evaluate acquisition, partnership, and market expansion opportunities.
• Lead operational improvements that support scalable growth.

Requirements

You will likely bring:

• Experience as a President, CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, Business Unit President, or Division President.
• A track record of materially growing revenues, EBITDA, and market share.
• Experience leading businesses in the $25M-$250M revenue range.
• Strong commercial instincts and customer-facing leadership capability.
• Experience building organisations for their next stage of growth.
• Ideally a background in industrial water, environmental services, process technologies, engineered systems, infrastructure, specialty chemicals, industrial services, or related sectors.
• M&A experience is advantageous.
• Houston-based or willing to relocate.
