What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions?

● You will be responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to create systems configurations based on customer requirements.
● You will create systems configurations based on customer requirements, offers product recommendations and runs alternative configurations that may present a better solution to the customer.
● Responsible for working with sales reps, business partners and end users to resolve design configuration issues and run revisions. You will train sales reps and partner engineers on configuration tools and how to use them, as well as provide pre-sales product training.
● You will keep up to date with new products that are introduced and maintain product certifications.
● You will prepare technical presentations and vendor trainings to partners on products and solutions and provide product demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.
● Educate partners, inside sales, and other technicians on products and solutions.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan.  A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

• Incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience in own discipline, possesses strong knowledge of the organization, processes and customers, solves a range of complex problems, and analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.  Limited guidance and direction is provided.

What are we looking for?  

• Excellent software skills and ideally knowledge of Citrix, Commvault, Microsoft and Splunk, but will consider other equivalent product experience

• Good team player

• Negotiating skills as well as strong communication skills

• Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology

• German and English business fluent

• French language skills as a nice to have

• driving license and readiness for frequent business travel
