Your Responsibilities

• Mitarbeit in Change Projekten und Change Prozessen in der Produktion, Instandhaltung und Automatisierung.
• Gestaltung und Implementierung von Organisationsmodellen, Prozessen, Rollen-, Verantwortungs- und Qualifizierungsprofilen
• Gestaltung von Kommunikations- und Medienkampagnen zur Unterstützung von Change Prozessen
• Analyse von organisatorischen Reifegraden, Change-Resistenz-Ursachen und kulturellen Faktoren
• Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Workshops mit Entwicklern und Verantwortlichen
• Themen umfassen Organisationsprozesse, Digitalisierung und Assistenzsysteme, KI Kollaboration, Mitarbeiterführung und Kompetenzentwicklung

Your Profile

• Ein auf Change Management ausgerichtetes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Arbeitspsychologie, Kognitionswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften, etc.)
• Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Change Management Methoden und im Medieneinsatz in der Kommunikation
• kommunikationssichere Deutsch- oder Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Engagierte Mitarbeit im Team und das Interesse an einer selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Tätigkeit
• Bereitschaft, die Zusammenarbeit in Form einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit und/oder einer Bachelor-/Masterarbeit, weiterzuführen
