Key Responsibilities

• Market & Data Analysis: Analyze competitor pricing, market share, and sales trends to identify new business opportunities within the spare parts market.

• Product Catalog & Cross-Referencing: Support the product management team in updating aftermarket catalogs (e.g., TecDoc), managing part numbers, and ensuring accurate cross-referencing with competitor and OEM parts.

• Sales & Commercial Support: Assist Key Account Managers and the sales team by preparing performance dashboards, sales reports, and customer presentations.

• Supply Chain & Operations: Monitor order fulfillment rates (fill rate), track inventory availability, and collaborate with logistics to ensure parts are delivered to distributors on time.

• Customer Service Excellence: Help resolve B2B customer inquiries regarding part specifications, availability, and order status.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Recent graduate or in the final semester of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling). Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERPs (SAP) is a strong plus.

• Commercial Awareness: A strong interest in the automotive industry, sales, and business strategy.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
