The Postdoctoral Scholar will perform the following work on the project: Develop new mappings between reaction Hamiltonians and lattice models of quantum many-body physics. They will also carry out numerical simulations of quantum information dynamics in chemical reactions, analyze the results, prepare and submit manuscripts for publication, and collaborate with the PI and graduate research assistants.


Required Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Physics, theoretical Chemistry, or related field.
  • Completion of a doctoral degree in the appropriate discipline is required.
  • The doctoral degree must have been completed within the five years immediately preceding the first date of appointment as a postdoctoral fellow at the University.
  • The individual cannot have held previous positions in the professional ranks.
