Launch With Us - Post Production Manager

Function: | Post Production | Workflow & Quality Management | Remote Team Leadership
Responsibility: Leads the remote team of editors from planning and ingest to final delivery
Reports to:
Co-Founder
Location:
Remote First
Compensation:
£35,000 to £42,000

Overview:

At Launch With Us, we manage £25M+ in annual paid media across Meta, Google & TikTok for brands including Lucky Saint, Fem Fuelz, Butter & Crust, Four Five and Pets Pureset, taking them from £2-3M in revenue through £8M, £9M, £10M and beyond.

Creative and media sit on one team at Launch With Us, not two agencies bolted together and coordinated after the fact. Performance Media, Performance Creative, Paid Search and Growth Strategy all report into the same room, which is why we're ranked the UK's number one Independent Meta Agency Group by Meta, and part of the wider Soar Group.

As part of one of the UK’s leading independent agency groups, we operate with speed, autonomy, and a high level of ownership. There’s no red tape- just fast decision-making and the ability to move quickly. We’re also deeply AI-forward in how we think and operate, constantly evolving how we drive performance and efficiency for our brands.

Our team has quickly grown to 20+ operators after 120% YoY growth for the past 2 years. We offer remote-first working with access to our London office based in Camden, where all agencies in the group live! Culture, training, and professional development are at the heart of who we are, offering you structured training and clear progression into higher seats across the agency.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Production Manager to lead and optimise our post-production process across a growing team of remote editors. You’ll ensure every asset that leaves the studio meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards - balancing speed, consistency, and quality.

This is a pivotal role for the agency. You’ll keep the post-production team running efficiently day-to-day while also supporting the structure and culture that will scale as we grow. You’ll manage workflows, priorities, and people with clarity, helping the team stay aligned with creative KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes.

You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities, from adopting AI-driven tools to supporting the recruitment and development of new post-production talent. And as a key part of a creative team built around e-commerce performance, you’ll bring a genuine passion for social-first content - understanding what makes a video stop the scroll, drive conversions, and resonate with online audiences.

Requirements

Your Impact:

  • Manage and assist in optimising the full post-production workflow from ingest to delivery across all brands and content formats.
  • Allocate projects and balance workloads across editors, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent creative output.
  • Oversee timelines, versioning, and delivery schedules, managing shifting priorities and delayed feedback calmly and efficiently.
  • Provide creative and performance-based feedback on edits, maintaining high storytelling and visual standards.
  • Collaborate with Producers, Strategists, and Account Managers to align expectations, communicate progress, and manage dependencies.
  • Keep the post-production team aligned with core creative and delivery KPIs, ensuring content meets both artistic and data-driven goals.
  • Identify and integrate AI tools to improve editing efficiency, asset management, and version control.
  • Support the growth of the post team, work closely with the senior editors, support in mentoring junior editors, helping define roles, and shaping scalable workflows as the agency expands.
  • Lead regular post-production meetings to review workload, quality, and upcoming priorities.
  • Maintain an organised post-production archive and clear delivery documentation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in post-production (agency, D2C, or social-first content environment preferred).
  • Experience managing remote creative teams and overseeing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong grasp of editing workflows and standards, social ad performance metrics, and storytelling for social platforms, eg - Meta and TikTok.
  • Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and familiar with After Effects and emerging AI-assisted post tools (e.g. Veo, Runway, Adobe Sensei etc).
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills able to juggle competing deadlines with calm and clarity.
  • Excellent communicator, confident managing expectations across creative, production, and strategy stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and passion for improving creative processes.
  • Genuine interest in e-commerce and social-first creative - understanding what drives performance, audience engagement, and conversion through video.

Benefits

  • Join a fast-growing and ambitious company with a collaborative, people-first culture.
  • Benefit from a hybrid-first working model, with remote working and optional access to our London office for collaboration and team connection.
  • Enjoy 27 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off each year.
  • Work abroad for up to 30 days per year (T&Cs apply), giving you added flexibility and balance.
  • Benefit from a company pension scheme designed to support your long-term future.
  • Begin with a clear and structured employee progression roadmap designed to support your development from day one.
  • Access private health insurance after 6 months, helping you prioritise your wellbeing.
  • Receive life insurance cover alongside Smart Health wellbeing support services.
  • Benefit from a healthcare cash plan covering dental, optical, and physiotherapy support.
  • Follow a clear and structured progression plan designed to support your professional growth and career development.
  • Annual pay reviews, supported by quarterly performance evaluations and structured progression plans.
  • Enjoy monthly incentives and a Kudos reward scheme that recognises and celebrates great work.
  • Be rewarded through a Christmas performance bonus scheme.
  • Access ongoing training and personal development opportunities to continue building your skills and expertise.

As part of our hiring process, we may also introduce your profile to other relevant opportunities through our HAYRA platform — a curated network of leading e-commerce brands. This is designed to increase your chances of finding the right role, without needing to apply multiple times. If you would prefer to be considered for this role only, you can let us know at any stage.”
