The Policy Service Representative will provide exemplary customer service in a fast paced, high call volume environment. The representative will display effective time management and sound decision-making abilities. The representative will deliver meticulous underwriting with attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements in accordance with company guidelines. 
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission or policy issuance. 
 Maintain policy records and documentation in system databases accurately and efficiently. 
• Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding policy status or documentation requirements. 
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure policy servicing aligns with underwriting intent. 
 Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and correspondence related to policy servicing activities. 
• Ensure adherence to company policy, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements.
 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
• 2 or more years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or a related administrative role. 
 Demonstrated understanding of policy administration processes and systems.

  Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred)

  Auto insurance knowledge (preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS 

General Lines P&C Agent License

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data entry. 
 Proficiency in policy administration systems and Microsoft Office applications. 
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. 
• Problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies in policy servicing activities.
