Planning & Scheduling

• Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly CIT routes and activities.

• Allocate resources (vehicles, crews, equipment) effectively.

• Coordinate with banks and internal teams regarding service schedules.

Operational Control

• Monitor real-time CIT operations and route execution.

• Ensure adherence to SOP, security procedures, and SLA.

• Identify and mitigate operational risks and deviations.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare operational performance reports (SLA, productivity, incidents).

• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Vault, CPC, ATM, and Security teams for smooth operations.

• Manage changes, incidents, and emergency responses.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure operations comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

• Support internal and external audits.
