As a PMO / Project Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating new product introductions for conventional products in the Nordic/Swedish market. This role combines project management, stakeholder collaboration, and process compliance in a dynamic, international environment.

YOU WILL:

• Ensure understanding and correct application of BPWATTS processes/tools within project delivery.
• Track and monitor projects across all stages, maintaining close collaboration with key stakeholders in different markets.
• Provide regular updates and status reporting to committees and management.
• Support decision-making by ensuring all documentation and approvals are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or PMO roles, preferably in FMCG, regulated industries, or product launch environments.
• Knowledge of project lifecycle management tools/processes (experience with BPWATTS or similar frameworks is a strong plus).
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
