The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets. KBR will provide PMO services, enterprise – level governance, assurance, integration and performance oversight across all projects and programs.


THE ROLE

 

Reporting to the PMO Digital Lead reports to the Project Controls Director and is responsible for the digital transformation with governance and data driven delivery for the PMO providing oversight of PMCs.  The PMO Digital Lead implements the integration of digital tools, analytics, and PMO best practices to support control and reporting of performance for quality, schedule, cost and safety with robust risk management.  The PMO Digital Lead is responsible for integration of digital systems and tools to provide a single source of truth.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


·       Develop and implement a digital PMO framework in accordance with a defined digital strategy.

·       Lead digital transformation initiatives across project controls, commercial, reporting and governance.

·       Initiate development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital platforms including dashboards, BIM integration and data analytical tools.

·       Establish efficiencies through data driven analysis allowing predictive decisions linked to key success factors for delivery to quality, schedule, cost and safety.

·       Implement and manage comprehensive digital integration frameworks for the Development enabling continuous flow of data, effective decisions, and improved performance.

·       Develop digital tools for expedited data acquisition for digitalized reporting of design and construction progress with quality assurance of received data.

·       Enable unified project controls through an integrated platform comprised of planning and scheduling, cost management and forecasting, risk management, change control, and document control. 

·       Implementation of advanced analytics for trend analysis and forecasting, risk prediction and mitigation planning, and utilization of AI models for performance optimization.

·       Lead implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE), AI-enabled project insights, and deploy innovative digital solutions to improve project efficiency and delivery outcomes.

·       Mentor PMO and project controls teams in digital tools and methodologies.

·       Build digital capability within PMO functions across projects.

·       Conduct training programs on tools, dashboards, and digital workflows.

·       Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. 


EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE


·       Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering

·       Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Project Management, Digital Transformation or similar.

·       Minimum 15 years post-graduation experience.

·       Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil, infrastructure, and development projects.

·       Experienced in data and visualization, including Power BI, Tableau, and Excel advanced analytics.

·       Experienced in digital platforms, including BIM tools and CDE systems.

·       Experienced user of Primavera P6, Pert master and MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems.

·       Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.

·       Fluency in English both written and spoken.
