We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial of AI-Powered iCity Solutions , to lead the development and commercialization of AI-powered solutions across Retail, Smart City, Signage, KIOSK, Self-Service, and Store Management applications.

This role will bridge product strategy, software development, AI, hardware integration, Sales, and Marketing to transform customer needs into scalable solutions and drive new business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the AI-powered SW product and solution roadmap for Commercial AI, covering Signage, KIOSK, Self-Service, Store Management, and emerging AI applications.

• Identify customer needs and market opportunities, and translate them into differentiated and commercially viable AI solutions.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from market discovery, POC, productization to commercialization.

• Develop solution value propositions, business cases, go-to-market strategies, and support strategic account development, and ecosystem partnerships.

• Explore practical applications of Generative AI, LLM/Agentic AI, Vision AI, Voice AI, and Edge AI in commercial scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.

• 10+ years of experience in software product management, solution management, product development, or related fields, with leadership experience.

• Proven experience and strong domain knowledge in Retail, Smart City, KIOSK, POS, Signage, or Self-Service.

• Strong understanding of AI applications and ability to translate AI technology into practical business solutions.

• Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs, product strategy, technology, and business growth.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.

Preferred Experience

• Experience building products or businesses from 0-to-1.

• Experience with global customers, ecosystem partners, or solution selling.

• Experience in AI-enabled Retail, Intelligent Store, or Smart City solutions.
