Job Description
We are looking for an experienced plumber who can diagnose problems, make quality repairs, communicate with customers, and take pride in doing the job right.
Job Duties for Our Next Plumber
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
Perform plumbing service, repairs, replacements, and installations
Work on water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, piping, drains, and other plumbing systems
Identify the cause of plumbing issues and recommend the best solution
Present repair and replacement options clearly to customers
Complete estimates, invoices, and job documentation accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and tools
Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards
Provide excellent customer service on every call
Skills & Experience for Our Next Plumber
3+ years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills- can assess a system, identify issues, and determine the best path forward under pressure.
Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, repairs, and installations
Ability to communicate options and recommendations to homeowners- You make customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of on every call.
Comfortable working independently in customers' homes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Applicable plumbing license preferred or required based on local regulations
Experience with Service Titan heavily preferred- use tablets, mobile apps, and CRM tools to complete forms, enter data, and communicate with the team.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
You’ll work in a wide variety of settings: basements, attics, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, outdoors, and rooftops—often in tight, dusty, hot, or cold environments.
You’ll be exposed to electrical components and live voltage, active water and gas lines, construction zones and household pets, and weather extremes (heat, cold, rain, snow)
You’ll regularly drive a company vehicle to and from job sites, use ladders and work at heights, lift and carry up to 75lbs, climb stairs, kneel, crouch, and maneuver in confined spaces, and stand and/or walk for extended periods
Hours may include late evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime depending on customer needs and seasonal demands.
