Overview:

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital, located in Harrisonburg, VA, is hiring a Plumber - Full Time Day schedule

The Plumber/Steampipe Fitter is responsible for inspecting and repairing pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures related to the heating, water, gas and drainage systems. This individual will also be responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of medical air and suction systems, medical gasses to include the distribution, piping, and terminal connections in addition to being responsible for maintenance and repair of heating and cooling hydronic systems.

Education

• High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
• Vocational Training - 240 hours

Certification/Licensure

• Journeyman Plumbing Tradesman (JPLB) (Required)
• Driver's License - Certification - (Required)

Experience

• Vocational Training - 240 hours (Required) OR
• Relevant Experience - 4 years (Required)
• Plumbing/Steampipe Fitting - 3 years (Required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $32.96 - $50.09 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
